We were very happy with the installation. Some extra work was needed to adjust the size of the doorway and this was completed. It was not totally finished as the plaster was not able to dry, but we were told how to get this done ourselves.

Good attention to detail, professional, friendly and patient when patience required

on installation one pane of glass was scratched. A replacement was ordered and the second one was also scratched. It took a third attempt to get it right. These checks should have been made BEFORE fitting and there was no telephone apology for this or when we went in to pay. Poor customer service.

I wasn’t happy with the back sealing around the frame. Whether they think there is a continuous seal to stop a draught or not, there obviously isn’t one on the outside to stop water between the brickwork and the frame and long term frost damage. In the end, I will end up doing the outer seal myself.
