Am really pleased with the whole process from my first request for a quote through completion of the job. The installation team were excellent and did a great job on what was a challenging job.

It’s a reluctant yes that I would recommend this company which is a shame because the product and tradesman were great just the customer service let it down.

Generally a good installation

A couple of months after the installation I had a problem locking one of the doors and the installers visited the next day to rectify the problem.

Have used for many years & always had fantastic service and quality products supplied/installed each time.

I am very pleased with installation of doors, done very efficiently , but lead up contact was very poor. Materials were in short supply – I understand that – but it would have made such a difference if SW had kept me informed rather than me having to chase them for information constantly.
