All staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.

Very suitable product and v.good service in getting the plans up and running. V. good weekly newsletter keeps customers aware of likely general delays (COVID & floods for instance). We were disappointed by a marked delay in starting (start time was meant to have been mid November) and then very disappointed in the abandonment of the '5-day' job in the week before Christmas in order to start another job (hence the score of 7 for customer service overall) and 9 for reliability and timekeeping. Timekeeping however was 10/10. Tidiness would have been 10/10 had I not found a 3inch screw in my gravel drive following installation of the bifold door. An unfortunate accident I am sure but potential £600 for tyre replacements as we know from previous experience . Follow-up service with certs 10/10

The work was carried out efficiently, and the men were friendly and did an extremely good job, and cleared up after they had finished fitting the door. Very pleased and have recommended to friends.

were told that on payment of deposit that door would be ordered but turned out that a survey was needed first and we were not contacted about it for 6 weeks after which the order was placed

Some confusion re: dates and work interrupted by personal crisis in installation team but, otherwise, work is of a high standard.

The most stressful experience of my life. Having to get and pay for an independant surveyor to prove that the water pentrating the building was not our fault and was actually due to the workmanship of the contractor. Many stressful conversations with a completely unproffesional owner of the company was just awful. Work started on a 12 week timeframe in April 2021 but we only finally got the issues completed at the end of Feburary 2022. The only reason for giving a 2 for customer service was the fact that when one of his employees took control of sorting out the problems this year did we finally get resolution.
