Sandis from Amodus and his team of three installers (Michael, Justin and Hayden) were professional in every way, from his initial visit to discuss our replacement windows to the accurate measurements, manufacture and delivery of the windows on schedule. Sandis oversaw all stages of the project, and the team of three installers were equally efficient, professional, on time each day, very neat and tidy, polite and also friendly. In addition they showed an excellent attention to detail, and an obvious pleasure in doing a job to the highest standards of workmanship, which matched the quality of the new windows.
The job was done in two stages (first floor followed by ground floor). As the first stage went so well, we looked forward to Sandis coming again and the same installers returning because we knew the quality and efficiency of their work, with the bonus of all four men being polite, professional, and pleasant company.

The tidiness rating was mostly a problem with a defective vacuum cleaner, which will hopefully not be repeated on future jobs.

The contractor was great. They helped us get the windows fitted in a very short timeframe and the fitter was extremely tidy and left the tooms and areas spotless. The only reason why it is not been given 10 for workmanship was because there was some additional filling needing to be done by ourselves around the window frame inside which without it being done would have left a draught. other than this it was an extremely good service and we are very happy with the windows and fitting.

I hired Amodus to replace traditional sash windows with like-for-like sashes fitted with double glazed panes. Unlike many companies in this industry, they provided a clear breakdown of the costings for each element of the job. The cost was reasonable, and their communication was very good throughout. Last but certainly not least, they completed the job on time and to a high standard. All in all, a very professional company.

I am delighted with the new windows. The whole process went smoothly and to plan, from the original survey, estimated start date and installation. Sandis from Amodus was very helpful helping us resolve issues when we were not satisfied with the way in which the paintwork on the windows was finished. The installation of the windows was efficient and the installers paid attention to tidiness inside the house. However we felt that the installers lacked eye for detail in the necessary redecoration caused by the installation on the exterior of the house.
