Mostly very good but got some white silicon on my tarmac driveway and a couple of beadings not fitted correctly, which they are coming to correct. Never have any trouble getting them to return if there are any issues. Overall pleasure to deal with.

We have been a customer of Croft for over 50 years, and have always found their work to be first rate.On another matter, I would point out that 12th July 2023 is the date the form was completed, not DATE OF ‘BIRTH’ !!!

I had to remind Croft of my order., and to give me an installation date. Then the agreed date had to be changed at their request. Customer service was adequate but not good. In contrast, the installation team were punctual and tidy.

The project manager left communication between me and the contractors , he was difficult to got hold of and didn’t leave and alternate contact when not availableWe had a leak that occurred on two occasions , on the second time we were left with no response for 3 weeks, Work has now been done in respect of this but it is still unconfirmed if the issue is fully resolvedThere was no skip provided for the spoils from the old conservatory removal and the rubble was piled up in front of the house, Overall not the best experience

Workmanship Standards … p****d-off that the window was damaged before/by-the-time it was installed. Covered-up with paint, but not how a new product should be. Felt that persuing a complete replacement/re-fit would be disproportionate, so left it, but kinda disappointed.Recommend the contractor … I just don’t go round talking about window companies in normal life – I wouldn’t treat this as a major negative answer.

We had this company 20 odds years ago to install double glazing, soffits, everything. They were excellent then, that is why I chose them for my upgrading. I did not get the same standards that we did originally. Very sad.

We have been dealing with this contractor for well over 35years and have never let us down. The after sales service is second to none.

Left a piece of trim chipped which I did not discover until later.

All appointments made on time, good quality of advice and workmanship, fitters made modification to trim in line with our request with no quibble.

An e-mail was sent to the Managing Director setting out comments/complaints relating to the service provided. No response was received. We are happy with the product from Rockdoor but the installation was problematic, time-consuming and stressful.

Frame and window installation was ok. Quality of glass supplied was not very good. 4 out of 13 glass panels had to be replaced. This led to issues on colour matching of glass.Workmanship and communication on building of conservatory base and walls was poor. Also timescales on supply of glass once base was built were appalling with very little communication.

Excellent service through out the ordering and fitting of the front door. Very clean workmanship, they also removed and disposed of the old front door.

I found Crofts to be efficient, friendly and easy to talk to and am very satisfied.

Probably the best contractor I’ve ever dealt with. Friendly and engaging staff from the office to the lads on site. I would have no hesitation in recommending Croft to anyone.

No problem with the work however communication of delays with installation wasn�t great – I only received updates when I chased. What was supposed to be 12 weeks was more than 24 weeks. I appreciate there were challenges with materials however the customer should be kept informed.

Installation arrangements left a lot to be desired.The actual installation was completed in a tidy and efficient manner.

Although the instalation did not go as planned, that is, there was some significant issues that had to be resolved with regards the survey, manufacture and instalation, Croft resolved these issues without fuss and to our satifaction.At all times we were kept informed as to what was going on, for us the sign of a good business is not just about when things go right but more importantly when things go wrong, in this Croft is to be commended.

A small issue with the colour of the sealant but this has now been rectified. Delays were outside of the control of the supplier due to Covid restrictions.

All service and quality very good. My only comment is that Croft could maybe look at ensuring that the information they supply from their Rockdoor supplier is accurate, as some confusion between Rockdoor and Croft re. the spec of the glass in the front door we ordered resulted in the wrong spec door being fitted, and having to be replaced.

We have used Crofts for well over 20 years for various windows and doors and have been fully satisfied with their products and service.

Not the excellent standard of work we have received on four previous contracts. Disappointed this time. Too many mistakes from start of contract and throughout. Excellent support from the surveyor Colin and customer service in rectifying all the errors. But we felt we had to involve customer services far too many times on one contract.

They would not own the problems with the product which is not fit for purpose. all the windows had to be modified to stop leaks and make them weather proofForce me to pay the bill in full before they would give this certificateThey did not measure the main window correctly and fitted it anyway so I was left with a window I had to accept which does not meet my original needs
