Three of the sash pairs had defective panes that have blown at regular intervals. So far 14 have been replaced. Iafter the first few I have dealt directly with glass supplier as this proved quicker.

Good quality of workmanship and very friendly installation team. However, the company supplied the windows unpainted (primed only) and at no point discussed painting options. We had to spend thousands of pounds afterwards getting the windows painted. The painting contractor we used told us "it would have been much cheaper and better to paint the windows before installation." So I would recommend them but take great care to understand all the fine details of what is being supplied.

Great work, really happy with our windows, attention to detail and hard working guys. Looking forward to having phase 2 in the future to complete our whole house.
