Everything went so smoothly, excellent service from start to end. Very clean and professional service throughout.

The work was completed to an excellent standard. The quality of the frame, door and window is superb. The old frame, door and window was removed without any mess and the fitter left the premises spotless. The fitted items, including the glass, were meticulously cleaned. I would recommend this company and would certainly use them in the future, should the need arise.

This was a tricky job to measure up, from the get go, but Lee took his time, and got this expertly right. The fitters who came on the day were amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, quiet, and really really clean and tidy. Everyone involved with this firm from day one did a really good job.

Tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the opening and closing of the door, while also saying that he didn't fit the doors himself. Also told that the incorrect screws had been put in. Gave the impression that he wasn't happy to send the employee back out to take a look but at least he did. The guy he employs to do the work said when he came out that infact the door wasn't hung right. He apologised for everything ... unlike the owner of the business. Was disapointed with owners attitude because he's done all our windows with good quality workmanship in the past.

We found Thrumpton Windows very helpful and easy to deal with when deciding what we wanted and could have. All quotes and revisions were produced quickly and set out clearly.
The installation team were very competant, worked well together and were very easy to have around and to deal with.

The "8 "on customer service is because the windows sills had not been ordered meaning that the windows and doors could not be fitted in the ideal sequence to make time for the sills to be collected. Despite this the overal experience was very good.

Had a leak on bathroom window & door which were replaced but actually needed new brickwork & lintal to stop the leak, so window and door probably not needed but happy with the look of them & good customer service to get the resolve in the end (hopefully!)
