Great job

My husband and I are very disappointed in the whole service provided. We took the word of a friend that this contractor, Mick provided a very good service. We were then informed Jo at Wirral Trade Windows would complete the installation but Mick would oversee the contract.
The products are of good quality, Jo at the factory tried to help resolve some matters and made aware of our issues, such as mismeasurements of windows.
We have some photo evidence of the installation and copy messages highlighting our concerns of potential sagging. The original contractor Mick confirmed this will not happen thereafter instructing the installer to add pre rods and packers. Cracks have since appeared on both top and bottom bays.

We would score the company higher in certain areas but we have been having issues with the front door since installation which the company are trying to put right as numerous phone calls and visits. It is difficult to say if it’s a problem with the installation or a manufacturing issue at present but the door is not functioning as it should.

Late with certificate. Finishing off work should be neater. Door themselves are fine.

Quality window fitters with accurate measuring and fitting of all windows to a high standard. Team were on time and neat and tidy inside and outside when fitting and installing all areas of glazing works. Would recommend them to others and use again.

Some issues with delays in stock but this was not unexpected in current climate .
