It took two frames and doors to get it right and nine months to complete yes we did have the pandemic. Once the first door came it took nearly three months to get it right .with every thing frame bent door not locking properly .not able to get the right colour for the trim round the door

I dropped tidiness to an 8 because the bathroom window was left out the back and the glass from its removal also left on the floor and in the acco drainage

Fabrication of windows and doors satisfactory but installation was sloppy requiring return of the contractor to remedy on two occasions.
However communication with the company was good.

Very helpful and courteous - a lovely company who I strongly recommend.
Door has been relaible and we are very happy with it.
