They were very helpful and answered all queries promptly. The whole process was very smooth. They did a wonderful job installing the window and leaving everything clean and tidy.

From the first meeting to the installation day the whole team were absolutely fantastic they could not be more helpful, taking the time to answer questions and were very professional. On the day of installation they were on time, neat, tidy and very pleasant. We are very happy with the service.

Windows Etc. have done a good job. Their reliability and timekeeping was excellent as was their flexibility in dealing with a tenanted property without the easiest of access. The only reason I have not given a 10 for Tidiness, Workmanship and Product Suitability is because I have not yet managed to visit the property myself and inspect the works and the Tenant has complained about dust created by the works. I do not think the dust is an issue as the photographs which Windows etc sent me show the property was left in a tidy state and I think a small amount of dust is inevitable when carrying out these sort of works.

Not the first time we have used this company and again we have been very pleased with the service and quality of the product.

Wonderful company. It’s the second time we have used Windows Etc. The first time was to replace most of our windows in our period cottage. This time to replace a large french window and door. As before, everything was great. From quote to fitting, to tidying up. We really strongly recommend this company and spend a few years going round the houses trying to find what we were looking for, so we’re very glad we found them.

Very pleased with our new windows fitted by Windows Etc. Most important was the team who came to fit these windows were Scott and Wayne the main team they were professional and completed job nicely. Scott had a good vision for the job such as to spot something not wright by his standard then he would re do it and also ask his colleague to do the same. Second team Tom(lead fitter) and Dom were also professional. All of them keeping the mess to a minimum. I would certainly 100% recommend.

The installation at my property was not straight forward and the technicians had to improvise at certain stages and whilst the installation experienced a minor leak which I was not surprised about due to the nature of the degree of difficulty involved in the first place and then having to face the elements of wind and rain this problem was quickly resolved without any hesitation so I was very pleased with the overall service received hence my 10 points for workmanship and customer service.

We had a few small adjustments that needed to be carried out on a door and window. I asked the contractor if he could explain to me how to do it, but he insisted he send someone out immediately, which he did. If only all firms were like this.

Went about there job in a professional manner and the install is extremely well done.
The area was cleaned and tidy up as if they had not been there.

From getting the quote to the completed installation, everything was easy and went smoothly. Windows Etc kept me fully informed throughout the process, once I had confirmed my order. The installation team were courteous and professional, making sure I fully understood how the windows and doors operated and locked, how to adjust the stay on the door to extend the 90 degree opening if required, and ensured the site was tidy and clear of debris when they had finished.
In all, excellent work and will be recommending them to anyone that needs any windows or doors.

Website quotation tool is very useful as it allowed me to look and request a quote on line without someone insisting it has to be face to face meeting and my partner must be there. Nice showroom where you can get to see the products up close and showroom staff very helpful. Survey guy was very professional and knowledgeable, and the two-man installation team who made sure everything was clean and ok before leaving site. Very competitive pricing for a top-quality product would thoroughly recommend.

After the door was initially installed I noticed a rubber seal around the glass appeared to have a split in it. I contacted the Windows etc and they sent someone to check. Upon checking he advised that the seal just needed to be pulled round and proceeded to open the glass unit to gain access to the seal. A few days later I noticed what appeared to be a very small crack in the glass. I contacted Windows etc again and sent them photos. Again, the same person came round to inspect it and agred it was indeed a crack. He said he must have caused this when fitting back the surround when he moved the seal and that the glass was too close to the edge unit. He ordered a replacement unit and returned a week or so later to fit it.

I can’t fault the customer service and therefore am happy to recommend but that’s why I’ve marked the workmanship as a 9 because the original installation shoudln’t have left the seal with a gap on it.

The door and the fitting were better than expected. Disappointed that no dust sheets weee used to cover items while they worked with our secondary door open and leaving dust on furniture. Contractor advised, awaiting rectification. Second time we have used this contractor, there work is generally very good and We would use them again.

We had to wait for several months to have windows installed, so it would have been nice if the installation could have been scheduled earlier. But it was a period of the COVID19 pandemic where the government’s restrictions had not been lifted fully, so it can account for the delay. Other than this, we are fully satisfied with their work.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Windows Etc. from start to finish and we are very pleased with the end result. Unlike many companies in the industry, Windows Etc. seem to have it spot on i.e. listen to what the customer desires and then show and explain what options exist. From sales staff, installation teams and after installation support, when minor issues arose they were all more than happy to address such. Issues do naturally arise and it is testament to how a Company deals with such which sets them apart. With that in mind Windows Etc. are in a different league to many others.
