Great work but all after being told I would need to wait 4 to 6 weeks for installation to happen it took 4 months and repeated chasing and chasing and chasing to get a date that actually was real after 3 promised dates did not materialise.

The installation was excellent. Absolutely great finish. All of the mess was cleaned up.
Have to chase constantly. Not forthcoming with information. Communication is not great. Window and doors have had to be adjusted a couple of times. Work took over double the quoted time to be completed.

Communications were very poor and the whole job took over 9 months from paying deposit to complete. Was given poor excuses why the delay and not kept updated on what was going on.
Several long delays with installation and not kept updated by customer services. Several enquiries with customer services had to be chased up when not acted upon. Several issues with the installation which required revisits and reinstallation.
The contractor was very attentive at the start of the transaction. Covid has also had a part to play in the break down of work carried out. The contractor was slow to communicate issues arising from supply . I was left to call, email for updates. Customer service was poor, the contractors secretary was left to micro manage me as a disgruntled client. I would not recommend the contractor to friends or family.
Put it this way some replacement windows, and a new back and front door took 18 months from the date of deposit being paid, and I ended up with changing the colour of the front door to get the job done. I had 8 days when work was supposed to be done and it wasn’t. I was lied to, first fitting date which had been arranged 7 weeks before I was phoned to say the fitters had overrun on previous job. It turned out nothing was ordered until 8 months after deposit paid. Several times work was cancelled while I was waiting for them to come on prearranged dates. It was a most traumatic experience.

We had several issues along the way with delivery time scales and office communications, however, the fitters where brilliant and the finished product is of a very high standard.
We got this company�s details because our neighbour recommended them, and we would do the same. They are professional and friendly. The prices are fair and they have a good range of products for you to select. Great service! We highly recommend this company.

It’s taken 2 years to get the certificate.
I am overall satisfied with the work completed however the customer service, lack of communication, numerous issues faced from the minute I agreed to have works completed has been beyond terrible.I also had to chase for this certificate and I believe they have only just registered the work even though work was completed in November, I also have received no further paperwork from the company. As per your website I believe they are meant to supply a guarantee and a insurance policy neither has been done
I am pleased with final result, price and willingness to carry out unspecified works.
