I just wish the installation date was a bit sooner

As far as I can see the work appears to have been carried out to a good standard. However we would have appreciated more contact about when the work was going to be carried out and when tradesmen would be attending.

Late to the initial appointment without letting me know. Won me round with his attitude and all good from there onwards.

the price was reasonable but customer service not too good and i would probably give their name because price was good and work ok but not puncctual

Installed perfectly and on time with no defects and left as tidy as if they had never been there at all.

The work workmanship and quality of the work carried out was brilliant. but the main issue we had was with the time keeping and how long it took to do the job. The original contract stated it would take between 4-6 weeks when the actual completion date was nearer 6 months! Also there was many an occasion he said someone would be round to do the work meaning my partner stayed in to allow them to do the work and they never turnd up this happend at least five times.

You need to keep on top to chase an installation date but I’m happy with the end job

Very poor customer service throughout this journey. Took several months to complete the project. It was done in dribs and drabs. We did eventually get there but it was certainly not a pleasant experience.

Even though I provided a detailed written specification to the company, a casual conversation identified that the fitters understanding of the job was entirely different. This miscommunication also resulted in excessive damage to existing woodwork as I believe the fitter thought that the surrounds were being replaced. Even having provided a photo of the required flashing around a window, the fitter described an approach which I identified as being flawed and had to offer an alternative method and purchase the lumber. Multiple time-related promises were made (including appointments and work) absolutely none were kept. Unsupervised, this work would have resulted in the incorrect windows being measured made and fitted, and leaky flashing being installed on the roof.

The work was carried out to a good standard and I am very pleased with the results. My only grumble would be that the work took longer to start than originally quoted.

New uPVC back door was installed on time and the product and workmanship of installation was to a high standard.

Window leaked and one window had a manufacturing flaw which caused it to crack.Otherwise very positive.

The quote we received from Andy was the best we had. Not only did he fully assess our requirements but recommended some additional minor changes to make the overall job really pleasing to the eye. His team were first rate and did a great job during the installation. We are more than satisfied with the completed work and would readily recommend them.

overall we are happy with the end product. The workmen were considerate and good at their job. overall. we did have concerns but they were put right to a satisfactory standard.There was problems with communication and organisation. There were many delays and the job took longer than we were told it would though we appreciate some of those delays may have been unavoidable. However, despite all of the above we were pleased with end results.

It was a long time from ordering to fitting, Over 2.5 months. Seller should have informed me regarding length of time from quoting order.Otherwise, service was good.

Have a better plan on time schedule for the work to be completed and if you are busy tell the client . What is happening and what can be done. It has been busy with the year 2021. Hard to get supplies for the jobs.

1. Contractor had forgotten about the job. I had to remind him 12 hours prior to start or it would not have been done.2. Bricklayer attempted to construct a cavity wall with no insulation and no lintel over the window. I had to insist this was done.

Was not informed when Mr Hizzard ordered our front door that it did not come with the hinges requested. We feel he should have informed us before the door arrived

Good time scale for delivery and installation. Installer arrived on his own, I had to help him to remove the old door and install the new ones. Some left overs left outside on the grass. Poorly finished the job and had to return couple of days later to correct. Overall good job but communication could be better.
