We exchanged on the property in Sept 2017, some defects were highlighted. 3 boed doors, a window that was not fitted correctly, various pain snags. That led over time to water ingress. I have had in excess of 15 formal visits. I feel I Was fobbed off boed doors were not boed and a window fitted when it didnt. Issues confirmed in Oct 17 by their own fitters/inspectors. I had to wait in patiently for their visits, which were an hour or more at a time. Visits not addressing the root cause. After. threatening legal action the visited with the manufacturer who said they would replace one door and a window , progress but this does not conclude on all of the outstanding matters. To get to this point I have spent hours meeting with the developer, Frazer Simpson, hours of time on visits
