The patio door fell off at one point, which could have caused a serious accident. The door was promptly repaired but was still a serious incident

The reduced score for tidiness, was that one of the large panes of glass was shattered as it was being removed.
The fitters tried cleaning up, but there were fragments of glass left behind in the drive way, front garden and the living room floor.

One of the panes installed upstairs was dirty with smears and finger prints on the outside. As we dont have ladders, we had to pay a window cleaner to clean it.
