A professional company. All of the the staff gave an excellent service.

We identified a small crack in the casing of one of the bay windows. Clarity offered to rectify this before expecting payment of their invoice. We did have to chase them for a few weeks
to arrange the second visit, but it was sorted eventually and we then paid the invoice.

Tidiness could have been better if the fitters had used plastic or better quality covers than the sheets they used, which didn’t prevent a fair amount of mess being left for us to hoover up.

The reduced score for tidiness, was that one of the large panes of glass was shattered as it was being removed.The fitters tried cleaning up, but there were fragments of glass left behind in the drive way, front garden and the living room floor.One of the panes installed upstairs was dirty with smears and finger prints on the outside. As we dont have ladders, we had to pay a window cleaner to clean it.

Ultimately resolved, site was messy, sills scuffed.

Fantastic friendly service would highly recommend.
