I had a lot of trouble to request the certificate, which I have not yet received. I had to call the fitter who stated the above indicated company had given him confirmatio of submittion, clearly was not the case.I don’t want to chase for 7 months a piece of paper.

Overall, installation took a lot longer than originally quoted and there was damage to a set of windows and scratch on patio doors, meaning additional works were required. Installation carried out to a good standard, the team were polite and respectful, providing a competitive price, so happy overall.
