Really helpful, informative and friendly. Went through all aspects of the job requested, pricing and timescales and they were responsive and kept us updated. Their team fitted our new front door, bifold doors and soffits - they were friendly polite and focused on the job at hand and works have been carried out to a high standard with little intrusion and no mess or disruption. We love what they have done and can't thank them enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Really impressed. The guys did a great job in a short space of time and in not the best weather conditions.

It would have been helpful if P&K had rung on the day of installation - or the previous day - to explain that they were going to be late arriving and that there may have been problems with the supply of one of the doors.( which they may not have been able to fit it on that day. ) Instead, I had to chase them up for information, twice. The work was good but the experience was marred a little by poor communications.
