Nigel (owner) came out and gave us a quote, no hard sell and no pressure selling.
He listen to our needs re my disability and the low threshold is better than I expected. 
When the guys came, they were on time, got on with the installation and cleaned up after themself. They explained the locking and workings. 
Above all we were more than happy with the whole service.

We contracted Rainforest based on local Facebook Group recommendations. Nigel the owner visited our home to survey. At the visit we were quoted for our replacement patio doors. We were confident in Nigel and happy with the quotation to the point that we didn’t bother with other quotes. Rainforest has a great reputation locally so we were happy to proceed. We were given a date for the installation within a few days. The date was based on the build of the doors, and our wait was 4 weeks. The installation guys were there very promptly at 09:00am and the work was completed within about 4 hour
