Elite UPVC Limited

On the day of work Ged from Elite Windows was excellent; he was very friendly and completed all work to a great standard. My only concerns with Elite Windows were about a lack of communication. We arranged for the work to begin on a Tuesday but they arrived before 9am on Monday. There was also confusion as to when to pay where one representative said it was fine to pay by the end of the week whilst another insisted on being paid that day.

The two people who fitted the window were lovely and friendly. They worked so hard and the outside of the window is a brilliant job.

On time, did a good job and was clean and tidy.

We have been largely pleased with the installation of the windows and the company. One small issue regarding a window pane was dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction.Where the company could have improved regarding tidiness was related to the installation. The existing timber frames had to be removed prior to fitting the new uPVC units and pieces of wood and screws amounting to half a bucket had been left in the guttering. These would have lodged in the downpipes had I not had ladders to remove them.With that exception we would have given full marks.
