Good experience from start to finish. They offer a service, rather than trying to ‘sell you windows’. They fitted the windows during Covid and I felt safe with them working in the house. I’ve already recommended them, on local Facebook groups, etc.

Very easy to deal with. Kept us informed when there was a delay in supply. Measued, and fitted quickly and cleanly. Would absolutely recommend.

I haven’t actually seen the work but my agent tells me that all went well. Previous work was good. The recommended solution to my problem was good. Requests for extra information were answered very quickly.(I can’t download the certificate as the ‘Find certificate’ button is inactive. How do I resolve this? The Certass website doesn’t give any information on how to find certificates)

Happy with quality of the work but had to chase for the certass certificate after the installation took place.
