I would recommend based on price and good quality windows however appropriate care was not taken to keep the rooms clean while removing the old windows, carpets have been left with stains and all soft furnishings and clothes had to be cleaned.

The property was very old and unexpectantly whilst removing one of the windows in particular a black sooty fine dust came through the cavity, made worse by a very windy day. We made every effort to try and keep the dust spread to a minimum but it still left a fine residue. We do not like customers to be disappointed with even part of an installation therefore we arranged for a professional carpet cleaner to visit and contributed towards the client re-washing clothes, and a visit by her cleaner.

Amazing company and recommend them. Great work.

Always very helpful from start to finish and in discussing the product so that the right choices can be made. He just gets on with job keeping you informed and finishing everything to a high standard.

The feedback is based on the initial contractor that fitted the door. The second contractor was much better. The door lock was initially incorrect and too small so rather than getting the correct lock they padded it out with cardboard. This obviously came loose and we then had to get a different contractor out to refit.
