Part of our order was missed off original order, so we had to wait longer, and have second visit to be fitted. Returned to replace scratched pane of glass and fix drafts round upstairs window quickly once reported. Measurement of windows could have been a bit better as there are very large gaps around 2 of them, resulting in smaller viewing area and large amounts of foam infill. Timberlook windows supplied look nice and of very good quality.

We worked with SSG for windows and doors. They were helpful and offer a good range of products. Admin could be a little slow and we needed to chase for quotes on occasion but the work was done to a good standard.

My tenant had a number of complaints, substantiated by photographs. SSG did nothing to resolve despite chasing. I think all my tenant wanted was an apology for implying that she was lying.
