The 2 installation engineers were very likeable and knowledgeable, they worked constantly and were very tidy and removed all the old doors, overall a very good job. We were very happy, this has lead us on to asking for more work to be done. Thanks.

The quotation received was competitive. We enjoyed a friendly few days with the fitters who came to do our windows, and they did all they could to keep disruption to a minimum and cleaned up as they went along. We were kept informed about progress throughout. From the initial contact to the end of the job we have had excellent service and will not hesitate to recommend GHW Ltd.

I cannot fault the service we have received. Everybody we have interacted with has been extremely professional and friendly.

I only rated tidiness 5 because the lounge door was left open when the windows were being removed. The installer was using a power tool creating a lot dust and the dust was bellowing out of the lounge into the rest of the house. Fortunately I noticed this and shut the door to prevent further spread of the dust. If I�d have been told what he was about to do I would also have covered all my furniture up because the whole room was completely covered in dust He just pulled the curtains shut which had little impact on the dust spreading. I understand why they used the tools, it was to prevent

From first contacting them to them coming to adjust the lock a few days ago they have been brilliant.There approach has been professional, friendly and courteous.I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Workmanship and quality control not great, had to call them out to complete unfinished work and faulty products. Also two glazing units damaged in transit due to poor loading, had to wait 6 weeks for 2 new double glazed units.

Overall very pleased. A few faults have been pointed out to the Director of Great Harwood Windows. It has been agreed that the bathroom window is very ill fitting and will be repaired. It.is far from level. Slight scratch on bathroom unit glass which will be replaced if gets more noticable. The landing window edgings at either side of wall are buckled. There are also holes in the plaster in the main bedroom either side of window allowing air to penetrate. They have promised to rectify.

Excellent workmanship and quality of finish

The main window when delivered was the wrong size (slightly too small). Correct window was delivered and installed ok about a month later. A new roof and guttering was fitted to the bay window. When it rained the water fell short of the gutter and ran down the windows. When the correct size window was fitted they also fixed this problem and it has been ok since.Apart from these problems workmanship was very good
