Everyone we interacted with at All Glass and Glazing were amazing. From the surveyor, to the sales people at the showroom, the fitters and the manager. Everyone made us aware of our options, answered numerous questions. The fitters were respectful of my home and my worries about the installation. They gave me options on the finish that I wouldn’t have thought of. They cleaned up after themselves. The windows look amazing, better than I expected.
My one slight niggle, and I think this was the fault of the supplier rather than All Glass and Glazing; we had been told a lead time of 6-8 weeks, but it was more like 12 weeks. I was anxious to have them fitted and my living room ready for Christmas. It was close, but it all worked out very well.
My family, friends and neighbours have commented how great they look, and I definitely think we avoided the “plastic” appearance of other double glazing.

The fitters were extremely polite and courteous in addition to doing a super job and leaving the place clean and tidy. They even filled gaps on the kitchen wall left by the hinges on the new doors being in different positions to the old ones using some of the old spare tiles..

Very pleased with the installation and product, a quality job but it took an awful long time from ordering to installation. They then had to return to correct an error which was picked up on installation. No issues whatsoever with any of that and the company couldn’t have been more accommodating but again, it took weeks.

On the whole the team were superb; the receptionist, the surveyor and the guys who did the installation were all good at their job and great to deal with. I have both windows and doors and the quality is good and the attention to detail on installation was brilliant. We are very happy with the service provided by Allglass ( Crewkerne) , all members of staff are very supportive and efficient , they guided us all the way through .The installation team are very hard working guys , they installed all my windows and front door in 2 days under harsh weather conditions , it was literally pouring rain , they were very resilient and professional always with a smile in their faces .

We chose Allglass over the competition because Allglass said they would replace broken window handles but the fitters said they would not do that. The office has been communicative and supportive.
