Very professional,very fast installation would recommend to friends
The have promised they will come back to check on small issue I had but they never did.
But the whole installation was next to none. Really good.

AWL sent SWS a contract for works 08.06.22. A deposit of £990.00 was paid by SWS and a date of 17.07.22 was arranged for fitting. It was
fitted on that date but was incomplete (window not trimmed/sealed and significant damage done to the reveals, photos taken by tenant, old window left on site). Tenant told by AWL that a further visit was needed to finish the work and remove old window. AWL contacted us for payment work in full !Appt was made for 17.10.22 to finish the work - AWL did not attend !They turned up the next day and did a disgraceful repair and still did not take the old window, again requesting payment. After lots of emails, complaints, photos they finished the job to a reasonable standard. SWS has no confidence in this company. We would be interested in your thoughts.
Shaun was very patient when I was asking repeating questions to make sure we understood we have to because we are profoundly deaf. He was very friendly and polite. The work which shaun has done he was get on with work no wasting time. Shaun did says please do not touch anything until 24 hrs to dry properly when finished job which we never knew. We are very pleased with windows and Shaun.
Excellent window such a big difference to the old one not only is it warmer but it has cut out so much noise. Workmanship and tidiness I cannot fault
Kevin who fitted our windows was very professional, tidy and the completed job is to a high standard.
Unfortunately, Neil at AWL Windows was not very helpful to deal with. He ignored emails and in the end struck off communications completely with us following the installation of the windows, when we were trying to resolve issues. However, other members of the customer service team were more helpful. Its a shame that Neil insisted on letting them down.
The windows seem to be of reasonable quality. The handles are a little flimsy and we have had to request ongoing assistance on some issues with the mechanisms etc.
Some of the window glass was damaged on arrival.
Window frames were also damaged on install, deep scratches on the aluminium frames where they had been levered in.
Two of the windows were the wrong colour on the inside too.
All in all, a thoroughly unpleasant experience.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish
excellent service good price
Good initial support during quoting and surveying stages.
However, what was supposed to be a 2 day job, actually required 4.
Missing and incorrect trims required another visit.
Poor finishing around edges, scratches on paint-work and peeling mastic.
The window were not assembled correctly by the factory, meaning they did not close/open or seal correctly. Requiring 2 additional visits from one of the factory team (I was made to feel like I was being "picky" by asking for the snags to be fixed).
Chased for final invoice payment when work was still outstanding.
One DG unit needed to be replaced three times due to imperfections in the glass.
Very happy with product and installation
Contractor was bad at keeping us up to date on the progress of the order.
Even if the delays were due to their supplier they should not have required us to continuously chase them to find out why.
Installation originally had defects which were all eventually rectified.
Pleased with the final installation.

The contractor was very efficient and I am pleased with the product.
There was a mix up with the opening height from what I wanted when this was measured up. The top and bottom fixed panes were not of equal size in the end which was disappointing however, the window still performs its function but is just less aesthetically pleasing as it should have been.
Very clean and tidy job, not a single bit of touching up needed, very impressed with the fitters.
