Gave the most comprehensive (detailed) quotation of the companies contacted, and stuck to it.Contractors came when they said they would (unlike other people’s experiences we know of).Person in charge (at the office) always available and helpful.A number of problems arose with the glass and frames delivered: dealt with efficiently.BUTOriginal (verbal) statement of when the job would be started was far exceeded.
