Have used this contractor several times and have always found the complete service provided, from sales to installation, second to none.

We are very pleased with the conservatory, however according to the original documentation we were expecting Celsius glass for the roof. On closer inspection of the glass, we noticed it didn�t have the relevant kitemark to identify the Celsius product. We questioned this on numerous occasions only to be told that their supplier had gone into liquidation. The salesman should have been aware of this. The builders and window fitters were fantastic, they could improve on their after sales service as we have continuously chased for the 5 year insurance backed guarantee that we were also promised.
