The initial measurements were inaccurate, so window had to be re-ordered. Installers were not careful protecting furniture in the room, resulting in damage. However, they did cover the repair cost.

Pre-sales very good but thereafter very amateur and badly organised back office, phone not answered, my order was not sent to manufacturer, invoices had wrong dates and incorrect balances. Have to chase for everything.Front door fitter continued to smoke cigarettes in my driveway despite my requests he stopped.Very disappointing overall experience. Would not use again.Unable , after only a month, to rate durability of product… Ask me in 5 years.

The work is good! And the door is great.But it will come as no surprise to the contractor that we found the multiple delays and problems really very frustrating indeed.

From the initial quote in May it has taken until the end of September to complete this simple job which took three visits from the fitters. Work booked for particular days delayed at short notice. Job left with one window hanging on by one hinge. One pair of fitters were very clean and tidy, second only used one dust sheet and put tools down on our new sofa. This pair took so long due to the need to “go to the van to collect tools” which means “go and have a smoke”.

An excellent fitter, unfortunately let-down by poor timekeeping / failure to keep us informed of issues / etc.
