We probably needed to understand upfront rather than after that they would not re-decorate after completing the job, as there is a fair bit of decorating to be done inside and outside following windows installation.

The workmanship score reflects a defect in one window that needed replacing.

It was a challenging renovation, far more involved that originally thought. Zen were patient and diligent to install the appropriate doors.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of our new windows from Zen. Communication prior to and after fitting, apart from one small blip towards the end, was excellent. The fitters, Tom & Lewis, were brilliant, keeping us up to date each step of the way, skilfully removing our old windows with the minimum of damage and refitting the new ones, which they finished off to a high standard. They were always friendly, polite and helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything was as we wanted it. Overall a very positive experience.

I would highly recommend Zen windows of Bristol, the two fitters Andy and Lewis are a credit to the company, the workmanship finish and all round neatness is first class, also office staff very knowledgeable and helpful throughout process from start to finish.

Even with adverse weather conditions making the job more difficult, the Zen Windows installation team did a first class job.

The workmen were very helpful and very tidy.

Guys fitting the windows were great, really friendly, happy having them in the house.

The only area that could have been improved was the scheduling of teams: it would have been good to have the same team for the whole job, instead of changing teams with 3 days to go (out of 13 days).

They were very efficient with good attention to detail. Also friendly and punctual.

The company used were very good and very professional. The team that came on the day rushed some of the finishing off elements of the job and made a bit of a hash of some of the sealant around the windows. The company were very keen and helpful to get all my issues resolved to my satisfaction

The installation team explained what they were doing every day, turned up promptly and worked very efficiently. Very pleased with the service.

There was one issue after the installation was completed and Zen windows responded positively and sent someone to check the problem. This was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

It would be good to train people on how to protect the areas properly in order to keep them clean. Particularly on the handling of adhesives or silicone.

They kept in contact with me by email and phone throughout the process and let me know in advance of any changes which needed to be made. Timekeeping was very good by everyone concerned. The fitters were respectful of the home environment and left everything tidy afterwards.

From the initial consultation through to the completion of the job Zen were friendly, professional and finished the job to an exceptionally high standard.

As before, excellent service and super windows at a reasonable price. If you want double glazing, these are the guys to go for.
