Only thing I would say is that the fitters were perhaps given a little bit of an unrealistic deadline meaning they were rushing a little come day 2, workmanship spot on but unfortunately led to a little mess being left in the bathroom which I was happy to clean up as they worked very hard. Apart from that spot on service and value.

Zen Windows & Conservatories replaced a wooden-framed conservatory, sash bay windows and front door. The entire experience, from start to finish, was exemplary, from Ben visiting the house to explain Zen’s products and process and provide a quote, right through to the installation team.

Our conservatory is a non-standard shape, and I gather it was quite a challenge to fit. However, Andy & Archie did a beautiful job of installing the new one, going above & beyond to ensure everything was done properly, finishing it off to a very high standard. We had a Warmer Roof installation, which is already significantly better than the old plastic roof. The plasterer & electrician were also both great. Everyone involved was respectful of our home and left it tidy each day throughout the works. The finished conservatory looks amazing and more like an extension. We could not be more pleased with it.

We also had replacement sash bay windows. Again, this wasn’t a straightforward job, with not a single straight wall in the house. However, Andy & Archie did a lovely job. Finally, the front door was replaced with a stunning composite door. It all looks absolutely fantastic and is finished off beautifully, both internally and externally. We’ve had so many comments about how lovely the house looks!

Overall, the project was a great experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this company. They were so good that I’ve just had Ben back to quote for replacing our remaining sash windows!

House is silicone rendered and difficult to patch. Zen were brilliant at ensuring the rendering was not damaged at all during the installation. That is they listened to my request to avoid damage at all costs and made sure they caused none. Very pleased.

Excellent service from start to finish. It would be useful to highlight to customers they have to provide a cat flap (if required) as it can be seen as misleading when the design of the back door shows the cat flap!

Zen sorted two windows for us and were fantastic from quote to installation… No pushy sales people, competitive quote, clear schedule and payment terms and fab installers who came on time and left the place spotless! The new windows have made a massive difference to how warm the rooms are and I have every confidence if we ever get any issues that Zen will be swift to resolve them. If we knew it was this easy we would have sorted the windows ages ago!

The workmen were very helpful and very tidy.

Guys fitting the windows were great, really friendly, happy having them in the house.

The only area that could have been improved was the scheduling of teams: it would have been good to have the same team for the whole job, instead of changing teams with 3 days to go (out of 13 days).

From the initial consultation through to the completion of the job Zen were friendly, professional and finished the job to an exceptionally high standard.

They kept in contact with me by email and phone throughout the process and let me know in advance of any changes which needed to be made. Timekeeping was very good by everyone concerned. The fitters were respectful of the home environment and left everything tidy afterwards.

As before, excellent service and super windows at a reasonable price. If you want double glazing, these are the guys to go for.

Zen previously fitted my porch doors. This is the second project they have fulfilled for me. I have a third project which they will fulfil when the materials are available. I have found them very helpful and reliable.

A subsequent minor was problem was dealt with promptly.

The contractors were perfectly pleasant but out of 6 windows we had replaced, 3 needed replacing as there were faults with the glass. There is still some grouting that needs to be finished off. There were delays with installation and delivery which we understand were outside of their control but this wasn’t clearly communicated to us.

I am unable to answer the questions above as the property is tenanted.

Zen had very good customer service and their workmen were excellent on site � professional, polite, and worked to a high standard. There were a couple of delays, caused by late delivery of some materials and someone being off sick, which made the job run slightly longer than expected, but otherwise everything was perfect.
