The team struggled a little with the installation requiring a few visits to rectify. Got there in the end.

We had excellent help and advice when choosing our product and the fitters were very efficient and respectful when they came to our property.

The work was carried out very well, they left everything clean and tidy

The on site staff were very polite and respectful of our property. We had a slight delay due to the trim kit being ordered, but once organised the windows were installed without delay, and to a high standard.

More communication from Woodstock Windows of an expected installation date would have been helpful. We had to do the asking for when it would happen. A three month expected start date ended in a six month start date. We are happy with the completed work but better communication from them over the delays would have been welcome.

One of the windows was 25mm too small but the fitter added an infill and thought this was acceptable. After we complained a replacement window was fitted to an acceptable standard.

Excellent throughout,obliging and helpful.

Many issues with the installation, most of them started with manufacturing faults but compounded by the installation company not checking the windows before getting here. The whole installation process took from November 2018 until March 2019 as the first set of windows were not fit for purpose (locking mechanisms faulty) and had all to be replaced, second set came with same problem so not even fitted. Third time the second lot had had new locking mechanisms put in and were finally fitted. The finish of the job was not as expected as the windows had to be removed twice causing more damage to the surrounds.

Product and workmanship very good but communication from office on progression of order was poor. Deposit held but no impression of urgency regarding installation date. I had to chase.

Actual window & door fitting was good, however problems with slate cill fitting and reveal plastering were unresolved & in poor state. The slate company, also disappointed with how their product was presented, rectified issues & the product then had the perfect finish. This could have been an easy fix but seemingly a lack of knowledge on the care and fitting of the product was the contributing factor. The plastering completed had to be rectified by another professional plasterer, plasterer also commented on poor finish. Window outer PVC wood grain trim not a match with matt finish aluminium, then Gloss PVC installed, when a matt trim would have been the expected finish to match perfectly. These attention to detail would have offered a more pleasurable experience

We were very disappointed in the length of time we had to wait between ordering and survey and then a long installation delay. However we are pleased with the end result.

Installation of the windows was very well carried out in difficult circumstances due to the weather. I have no reservation in recommending Woodstock.My only comment would be tht they need to keep the customer informed of progress prior to the installation hence my customer service rating.

Overall outcome excellent and customer service good. Chaps who came to the house were very messy. Put dirty cups on new white worktop causing stains and didn’t sweep up after themselves. Left ball barings everywhere. Took my partner 45 mins to clean up after them 🙁

Competitive pricing and great workmanship and service.

The final outcome is very good but it did take a really long time from my initial enquiry. Installers did a good job and were very pleasant, but could have cleaned up a bit better and put down floor protection to avoid us having to clean floors after they left.

Gary and Steve who fitted the windows, were a joy to have around despite the fact that they were in our home every day for 2 weeks. Gary has an excellent knowledge of the products he is dealing with and put alot of effort into fitting perfectly square windows into our not so straight old house.Martin who quoted the price originally, spent a lot of time with us patiently answering questions and revising quotes..

Only put a 7 on workmanship due to snagging issues with initial fit of 2 windows and a door, but when we eventually got a different person to come and look the problems were acknowledged and fixed the same day , thank you.

RE the workmanship, original install was poor, remedial install as good.

There has been an issue with the contractor’s supplier and as a result we have had to have a significant amount of windows swapped out.

We had Woodstock Windows fit windows and doors at our previous property and had no hesitation in booking them again when we moved house. Great customer service from their office and excellent job by their installers

Overall experience was stressful and the workmanship on first install was appalling. Windows are now watertight and look good but will never be like new and like promised.

Some confusion with office initially, when placing order, hence score of 8. Workmen who installed window were excellent and new window looks great. Great service both prior and after installation

We wouldn�t use any other contractor for this work as Woodstock Windows have always been reliable and know the building so well. They know what�s needed and the work is carried out to a high standard and at a competitive price.

Woodstock were extremely efficient, friendly and cleared up after themselves . Very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them

Previous windows supplier 6 years ago, the fitting remains excellent but the double glazed unit seals have failed causing condensation on 5 out of the 10 units. The installer plans to replace them.

I am very satisfied with the work carried out.

Service was good and we are happy.

The first door that was fitted did not close properly and Woodstock discovered had not been manufactured properly (out of alignment with frame). The supplier provided a replacement including frame and this too had problems closing. This appears to have been resolved by a Woodstock fitter adjusting the hinges, but I pointed out to him, using a straight edge, and he agreed, that the frame was a little misaligned on the lock side (fitter took a picture and said he would report back to his boss). Since then door appears to be working okay.

First rate job done.
