Job was completed the high standard, Anthony very supportive with doing the job in stages to help with cost. Good guy and waiting on costs to do next stage in house.

I feel the installers communication needs to be improved, on multiple occasions we went long periods of time without a response to our messages to them and not knowing what was going on with the job.

ALPs and the team were friendly, trustworthy , ensured the safety of my elderly and explained everything they were doing and completed the snagging list with less fuss. They cleaned up after themselves and did a good job. Work took longer than anticipated due to Covid and supply issues. My only constructive feedback would be sometimes communication is slow from ALPs due to their busy work schedule . Mum and dad very pleased with the work.
