NNP were consistently excellent in their quality of work and customer service. The window installation was good and quick, the workers were always friendly and professional. Very good service and I am very happy with the windows and external doors.

Installers were excellent. Neat, tidy, accurate. Even my perfectionist husband couldn’t find anything wrong. This might be a first!Only small issue was the lock barrels and keys. 3 lock barrels were ordered incorrectly. As it turned out we got what we were after by default, not design as we didn’t want thumb turns on the patio doors at the rear of the garage. Would have liked more clarity about the locks at ordering stage. I did ask questions.The plastic caps for the keys are far too large and therefore useless. Mark said they were like a picture I sent him, but they weren’t.
