I have scored 10 for all the above, in addition they re-fitted the venetian blinds which had been attached to the previous windows, which was much appreciated.

The work done was, as always first class. The installers were polite and friendly and everywhere was tidied up beautifully. The staff at the office were also very helpful and polite. Would only use this company for any future work.

After a week or so we noticed the plastic cover on one of the hinges on our patio door was broken. I have contacted the installer but it is yet to be replaced. I did not want to mark down my rating as it may well be in hand.

I found communication with the office was excellent as was the fitting team. They followed all the current guidelines and even offered to restore the furniture in the room. It was a five star service.

I selected this contractor, GTS of Kettering, as they provided me with a successful and good quality installation two years ago and you can brief them face to face in their shop. They were also able to meet my requirement for a one and a half door front door where another contractor assured me that this was something I could not have. I will be happy to go back to them for future needs.
