Good initial advice in helping me select the appropriate French doors for my home. Good communication. Competitive quote. Fitters were punctual, polite and tidy. Job was completed within the time scale set out. Very happy with the end result.

Communication on arrival time could be better

Kerry was top notch from start to finish. He suggested alternatives to the current design of window which has made their use much easier. The installation was excellent and I would have no hesitation in using again or recommending Rushcliffe Windows to my friends.

It should be yes (and I already have!) but…. (Some of my scores about the work would have been higher had I not had this issue….)There is a small problem with one window that compromises the benefit of heat saving, which I have made contact about when I discovered it in early October. One phone call and I believe two emails, including available times the following week when I could be in. I did get one reply that this would be sorted soon.. No further contact from the company owner, disappointing as I thought I had a good ‘working – customer’ relationship with he and the fitters. Feeling let down not to have been contacted again by the owner and that there seems no effort to sort what may be a relatively minor – but important – problem.

I�ve asked Rushcliffe windows for a further price and have not HM had a reply as yet.

Had alot of problems with the install of 4 windows and a patio door. Took over 6 months to complete the job, it was very stressful for me and my tenant.

Awful workmanship which had to be put right by others. Dreadful communication, wrong orders, broken orders and took months to complete and then the owner of the business turned up on doorstep before workman had even left asking for payment. Dreadful company who have given our entire family so much stress for what should have been a straight forward project. Have never received guarantees for any of their work and am still waiting for my front door to lock properly, although at this point I never want to see any of these people again!

It was�t a pleasure experience with the contractor due to numbers of delays from quoting to installation, including issuing certificate. But door was installed nicely at the end.

Arrived early, cracked on with the job and made sure they kept house clean, tidied up after themselves. Job was done very quickly with little fuss.They kept us informed of progress throughout from order placed to fitting.

A firs class instalation

Excellent service throughout from the initial contact through to completion. The staff completing the work were always on time, the installation completed to a high standard and the area left tidy afterwards. At no stage did the installation have any effect on the ‘household life’ and the work was completed within the given time frame.Would recommend Rushcliffe Windows to anyone considering having a double glazing etc. installation.

The contractor was polite, friendly and willing to explain technicalities. Easy to deal with.

Kerry was very helpful and knowledgable when supplying details and a quote for us. We discussed various options.

Friendly team. Sadly just one item missing on the day, so the fitters have to return at a mutually agreed date and time. Could be just a bit more careful inside, but owner has kindly agreed to rectify very small problems.

Would recommend although a slight delay in installation ( although in fairness I was warned of this fact) my only criticism is that I would have liked to been kept informed of the progress better.Having said that I am well pleased with the resulting work.

Excellent service from start to finish, the process was extremely quick and simple, no hard sell, Kerry gave me his best price straight away no haggling, the product is excellent, the installer Ben was extremely polite and obviously took great pride in completing the work to an extremely high standard.

Good communication and advice and so far excellent product. The fitting of a Venetian inside the back door window is a bonus . Arrived on time, quality work and fitting and cleared up after.

We have had a couple of issues but they were sorted in a timely manner.
