The team installing the windows had to deal with a number of challenges, including the removal of very old and messy sash windows along with the inclement weather, and they did their utmost to minimise the disruption and mess in our little cottage, whilst maintaining a great sense of humour and professionalism.

Customer service from Maria was very good. Any questions that we had were answered in a timely manner. The window fitters were excellent. I was surprised by the high level of craftmanship and hard work that I observed on the day by the workmen fitting the windows (Ben, Edward and Lawrence).

Excellent work and surprisingly it was the cheapest quote of three - I assumed I wouldn't be able to afford such high quality windows.

No everything went smoothly from start to finish. Regular contact advising us of each stage of installation. All staff courteous and helpful after installation the area's were cleaned.

The guys who fitted the door were great - but i do have a problem with the sales team..we were not given any update when door would be delivered / fitted and when i did call, the guy apologised and said i shouldnt have had to call. He then called me back and told me there was a quality problem and the door would be another 8 weeks. He offered a discount. A lady emailed me to say it was £36 discount, which we laughed at. Turns out it wasnt even £36 - it was £24 plus VAT - laughable.

It was a good experience from start to finish. Helpful and informative staff. The installers arrived on time, were friendly and cheerful and carried out a good job leaving everywhere clean and tidy, answering our queries and demonstrating how to use the doors.

Tends to chase up the last ten per cent payment due with an indecent haste.

The fitters were excellent but sometimes the office did not communicate with each other leading to a couple of misunderstanding during the booking of the fitting.

The work was carried out to a high degree. The installers were quick and left my house clean and tidy.

I have no reservations at all in complimenting the New Window Company for their high standards of professionalism throughout the whole process, from help in making the selection of product, surveying, ordering, right through to fitting. They are also extremely courteous and prompt in dealing with admin and finance too. We couldn't be better pleased with the door we chose and the care so evidently taken to fit it accurately. Highly recommended.
