Andy and Callum installed all of the windows with speed and efficiency, and tidied up after themselves. They also came back to slightly adjust a few of the latches, no problem. The entire team at Radford Windows has been nothing but courteous, kind, and patient with my many questions and requests. I highly recommend Radford Windows- our house looks absolutely beautiful now!

really happy with radford windows. the only reason i marked down the workmanship standards was because the knocker that was fitted is slightly off centre.

We experienced some problems outside of the contractors control (issues with the manufacturer and their lead times and communications) which the contractor addressed on our behalf. The fitting of the windows was excellent and we were helped make the decisions regarding the bi-fold doors in a professional and friendly manner. Sadly one of the panes smashed when being installed, but a new one was fitted once received from the manufacturer and was installed with no problem.
