We experienced some problems outside of the contractors control (issues with the manufacturer and their lead times and communications) which the contractor addressed on our behalf. The fitting of the windows was excellent and we were helped make the decisions regarding the bi-fold doors in a professional and friendly manner. Sadly one of the panes smashed when being installed, but a new one was fitted once received from the manufacturer and was installed with no problem.

really happy with radford windows. the only reason i marked down the workmanship standards was because the knocker that was fitted is slightly off centre.

I had no dealings with this contractor. I spoke to a letting agent, who spoke to a different contractor. The first I had ever heard of Radford Windows was when I received an email saying that I had to fill in on a survey in order to be allowed to download a certificate for these windows.I have never seen these windows, I have never visited the property, and I have never even seen photos of them. This seems a pointless exercise.

Workmanship and attention to detail for the door is excellent – had to wait a few weeks more but due to manufacturer not sending right external fram – not Jason Radford fault

Problems related to the installation were dealt with in regards to the finishing promptly and professionally

Work carried out by a lovely guy door looks great very tidy worker

multiple leaks which may have damaged the floor covering took nearly 12 months to rectify . I hope it is ok for the upcoming winter storms .
