Yes, would definitiely use Buffalo windows again.

From the time we first approached Buffalo to the time the windows were completed their service was impeccable. Any queries we had were answered quickly and clearly and their installers worked extremely hard and arrived on time and left the house in a very tidy condition taking away all the old windows. We cannot praise this company enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Paul and the Buffalo team have been informative and helpful throughout the process - which was extended and complicated by changes in the interpretation of aspects of the regulations mid-build. I have felt in control of the options, and the workmanship (including the building work by a recommended contractor) has been top-class.

From initial consultation on 12th Aug, it took until approx 21st Nov for installation to be finally completed.
Would have preferred jobs such as lintels and subsequent plastering to be done by Buffalo rather than contact contractors and pay them myself.
Suggestion of respray of door was accepted but cannot be completed until next year because of minimum temperature requirements - had I known this I would have ordered a new door.
Need to employ an electrician as power tool used during installation blew an electric socket
in my living room, taking out supply to tv and stereo!

Very pleased with the door and the work that was carried out would definitely use buffalo again.

The whole process was straightforward from start to finish. Every effort was made to supply me with what I wanted for my home.

Contact with company representative Paul prior to fitting was fantastic. He was very thorough with his initial virtual inspection and explanations so there were no hidden surprise costs when it came to fitting. The fitters carried out the fitting diligently and to our own satisfaction and we are very happy with the workmanship.
My only comments are that they did not do a good job of clearing up and the dust sheets that covered the carpets were not adequate for the job. A small point but we are still finding minuet fragments of glass. Maybe investment in an industrial Henry Vacuum would ensure they would score higher on their tidiness box. We were not contacted after the filling to ask if everything was ok so have marked the customer service slightly down.

Have had quite a lot of work done over the years with Buffalo upvc and as ever professional in every way Would,nt dream of having any other company

I had a number of issues with the door that were quite stressful and took a few weeks to sort out so although I'd recommend Buffalo I would not recommend their manufacturer

This is the second time we have used the contractor. On both occasions we were highly satisfied with the standard of workmanship and the quality of the product.
