Paul and the Buffalo team have been informative and helpful throughout the process – which was extended and complicated by changes in the interpretation of aspects of the regulations mid-build. I have felt in control of the options, and the workmanship (including the building work by a recommended contractor) has been top-class.

Have had quite a lot of work done over the years with Buffalo upvc and as ever professional in every way Would,nt dream of having any other company

Very professional company in all aspects plus the fitters etc were great everything cleaned and tidied up when the jobs were completed

I had a number of issues with the door that were quite stressful and took a few weeks to sort out so although I’d recommend Buffalo I would not recommend their manufacturer

This is the second time we have used the contractor. On both occasions we were highly satisfied with the standard of workmanship and the quality of the product.
