We unfortunately had several issues which took nearly four months overall to sort out, this involved replacement doors and frames, replacement door threshold, new trims, new cassettes, etc and in total seven visits. Some of the issues were with Endurance, the manufacturer, not following the order correctly and other issues with the contractor not checking the items before installation.Having said that the contractor did follow everything through to the end and corrected all the issues that we had. This is a family business and they are clearly passionate about what they do. Thank you to Luke

top quality work left everythink neat and tidy and explained how it all worked when the job was done

Two fitters arrived on time and both were very courteous and efficient. Fixed both front door and garage door within a few hours of arrival. The workmanship and finish of the final product was perfect. Love both doors.

Good customer service

I only awarded 8 for Customer Service as I had to chase them for information regarding my garage door. I had ordered a front door and a garage door but I was only receiving emails regarding the front door. Otherwise a very good firm.

I undertook a lot of research to find a suitable composite door installer.I found ABI garage doors very helpful with all my queries and patient with my I decisions. All without pushing for a sale.Very happy with the choice I made.

The products are good but we had delays caused by a lack of communication and a string of mistakes which was very disappointing. Very untidy installation particularly in the garage where no effort was made to clear any dust caused by drilling or move the few thing underneath which got covered in dust.

The customer is generally happy with a small issue outstanding.

Overall the customer is very happy.

The contractor was slightly untidy but the customer was very pleased with the doors.

The product is good, the final workmanship is good. The timing was very bad leaving us with a partially fitted door for over a week. We had been assured the work would be completed within a day.

The contactor carried out the work very efficiently.However, even now, the door is proving problematical, in that you are not always able to gain access, either from within, or outside, despite the door supposedly being “open”. It does not open / shut without some effort from the person opening the door.

Required a return visit to remedy installation problems to front door. Garage door ok.
