There were a couple of issues with the installation that they resolved quickly

It felt a bit like they had forotten about us once we decided to go ahead and paid the deposit.
We initially delayed doing the work as we had to get our gutters done, and so we waited until we had the money to be able to get the doors done.
They did apologise and it was accepted, but it still felt a bit off putting, and you're always anxious if there is no communication once you have paid a deposit.
A part of the front door, a glass pane insert next to the door isn't quite right. They sent someone out to fix it but they made it worse. We have been promised a replacement but not given any lead time, and so it was a shock to receive the certificate from you which suggests the job has been files as 'complete', which it isn't really.
I can only hope they finish it!

did not realise the keys would be so difficult to get cut and would have to go to certain key shops none of which local to me

Two fitters arrived on time and both were very courteous and efficient. Fixed both front door and garage door within a few hours of arrival. The workmanship and finish of the final product was perfect. Love both doors.

I only awarded 8 for Customer Service as I had to chase them for information regarding my garage door. I had ordered a front door and a garage door but I was only receiving emails regarding the front door. Otherwise a very good firm.

I undertook a lot of research to find a suitable composite door installer.
I found ABI garage doors very helpful with all my queries and patient with my I decisions. All without pushing for a sale.
Very happy with the choice I made.

The products are good but we had delays caused by a lack of communication and a string of mistakes which was very disappointing. Very untidy installation particularly in the garage where no effort was made to clear any dust caused by drilling or move the few thing underneath which got covered in dust.

Required a return visit to remedy installation problems to front door. Garage door ok.

The contactor carried out the work very efficiently.

However, even now, the door is proving problematical, in that you are not always able to gain access, either from within, or outside, despite the door supposedly being "open". It does not open / shut without some effort from the person opening the door.

The product is good, the final workmanship is good. The timing was very bad leaving us with a partially fitted door for over a week. We had been assured the work would be completed within a day.

This is my 2nd installation from ABI, the first was great and I had no hesitation in going back to them but unfortunately this has second not gone well.
Installers were going to leave my house with no door on overnight
Poor application of sealant around the door leaving gaps and not fully applied
Open gap under the door threshold
Doors installed 5cm forward of original door leaving a gap from the flooring
Manager has inspected the work and confirmed this was not installed to standard and would arrange for it to be fixed but I am still awaiting confirmation when this will be after nearly 3 weeks and having chased this I am still awaiting call back.
