It was disappointing not to receive the certificate for this work at the point of completion and I had to chase for it months later. The process of getting the certificate was not obvious and not explained to me by the contractor who told me to ruing Certass and proceeded to give me a wrong number. All in all the job done was ok, shame about the post service details.
