It did take some time for all the work to be completed (from May2021 for the initial fitting to April 2022 to complete) but we are very happy with the work. My parents have used the company on our recommendation and now their neighbours are getting a quote for their windows.

All correspondence and planning was clear and efficient. The quotes, measurements and billing in the lead up to the fitting were comprehensive and accurate.
The installation team was large and very professional. All the workmen were polite and kept the house astonishingly clean considering the extent of the work. They also worked very efficiently, kept me informed of progress and were friendly and considerate throughout. Thank you.

The work was undertaken in atrocious weather conditions but despite this the job was completed to our satisfaction.

Expensive, but beautifully made and professionally fitted sliding sash windows. Very happy with them.

The products were excellent, both windows and doors of the highest quality and able to customise to my detailed styling requests.

There were a number of issues on first installation, particularly around the customisations, but they were all resolved free of charge a few weeks later.

I’m now very happy with their windows and doors, they’re a brilliant asset for my house.

Generally the products supplied are very good although this time the fitting was not so good (it was -13 degrees though!) Some of the mortar around the edges has fallen out already. Still waiting on a follow up from previous works too.

Customer service score is problematic. There was an issue which should have been avoidable and which detracted from the overall customer service. However, once the contractor was aware they responded entirely appropriately and with good grace. So a negative and a positive. All in all the negative aspect should not have occurred, hence the reduced score but not as low as it might have been due to the redeeming efforts of the contractor

They are courteous, take extreme care and pride in their work and the product is excellent

The windows are perfect for the house and have made a big different to the warmth and ability to open our windows. Nick and the surveyor were both excellent. The workman who installed the windows were fine. They did put down protector sheets but there was a lot of dust on the inside. The finish on the windows on the inside was very good. To the exterior the workman trampled our flowers and ripped the rose off the wall with their hands obviously damaging it. We would have been happy to cut back the rose but this was not discussed or requested. The house is lime pointed and the workman's efforts to point around the windows was not up to scratch. We were very pleased the patchett's were willing to reduce to price to cover the work of a lime specialist and this has worked a lot better.

We have had numerous issues with the installations and still have outstanding issues.
The sales and installation are fine.
However, quality control out of the factory is the main issue which causes issues on site and remedial work.

Excellent service from the start. Nick, the sales rep, was patient and knowledgable. There was no hard sell and the product speaks for itself. The management office was friendly, available and proactive, ensuring the installation was booked in and delivered to the required standard. The end result is outstanding and I am very pleased - even recommending Patchett Joinery to my family.

Excellent company to deal with and an excellent end product. Still a few snags to sort out but confident it will be perfect.

I might have given 10 for everything but there have been some issues with the new door.

I am assuming Pratchett's customer service will continue to be as good in sorting these issues out.
