Every aspect of the service from Patchett’s was superb from start to finish. Everything was undertaken in a very polite, efficient, timely and expert way. We are delighted with the quality and appearance of the end product. Highly recommended.

There were some errors, and products were not treated well when installing. They did, however, return to fix the issues.

I might have given 10 for everything but there have been some issues with the new door.I am assuming Pratchett’s customer service will continue to be as good in sorting these issues out.

The management office was friendly, available and proactive, ensuring the installation was booked in and delivered to the required standard. The work was undertaken in atrocious weather conditions but despite this the job was completed to our satisfaction.

All correspondence and planning was clear and efficient. The quotes, measurements and billing in the lead up to the fitting were comprehensive and accurate.The installation team was large and very professional. All the workmen were polite and kept the house astonishingly clean considering the extent of the work. They also worked very efficiently, kept me informed of progress and were friendly and considerate throughout. Thank you.

Customer service score is problematic. There was an issue which should have been avoidable and which detracted from the overall customer service. However, once the contractor was aware they responded entirely appropriately and with good grace. So a negative and a positive. All in all the negative aspect should not have occurred, hence the reduced score but not as low as it might have been due to the redeeming efforts of the contractor

The windows are perfect for the house and have made a big different to the warmth and ability to open our windows. Nick and the surveyor were both excellent. The workman who installed the windows were fine. They did put down protector sheets but there was a lot of dust on the inside. The finish on the windows on the inside was very good. To the exterior the workman trampled our flowers and ripped the rose off the wall with their hands obviously damaging it. We would have been happy to cut back the rose but this was not discussed or requested. The house is lime pointed and the workman’s efforts to point around the windows was not up to scratch. We were very pleased the patchett’s were willing to reduce to price to cover the work of a lime specialist and this has worked a lot better.

We have had numerous issues with the installations and still have outstanding issues.The sales and installation are fine.However, quality control out of the factory is the main issue which causes issues on site and remedial work.

The products were excellent, both windows and doors of the highest quality and able to customise to my detailed styling requests.There were a number of issues on first installation, particularly around the customisations, but they were all resolved free of charge a few weeks later.I�m now very happy with their windows and doors, they�re a brilliant asset for my house.

Expensive, but beautifully made and professionally fitted sliding sash windows. Very happy with them.

VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS

Generally the products supplied are very good although this time the fitting was not so good (it was -13 degrees though!) Some of the mortar around the edges has fallen out already. Still waiting on a follow up from previous works too.
