We are more than happy with the service that we received and with the doors and windows that we had fitted. However, only time will tell whether the doors and windows live up to the 10 year guarantee.

Manchester Windows kept me informed of the process for the survey and installation of windows. The installation team were polite, friendly and efficient. The team consisted of a mixture of very experienced installers alongside two younger team members. 
I was impressed with the knowledge and instruction imparted by the more experienced installers after inspection of the work to the rest of the team, to ensure the workmanship was of a high standard. They also answered any questions I had and gave advice on the maintenance of the windows, sprayed door and timeframe to repaint areas needing touching up. A special thank you to Stuart who even rehung a bedroom door for me. Much appreciated!

The only stipulation is that one of the opening windows was incorrect – but a very hassle-free fix, and for that I’m appreciative.

A few hiccups like wrong size windows, clear glass not frosted, cracked glass but these things happen and was rectified very quickly. All in all very satisfied with the quality and workmanship.

Our new windows look amazing and they were done for a very good price. However, the workmen felt the need to kick through the padlock on our side gate to get through to the back of the house despite being asked if they would like us to open it up for them. The house and our front drive was left in a bit of a mess too.

Fitters were great, really efficient and neat, cleaned up after themselves, you wouldn’t know they had been.

The engineers did a fantastic job, even cleaned up after themselves.

No all my walls are still pealing on the inside of our house

As the original kitchen glazing was damaged in transit. The replacement was done quickly to be installed the next day. However the quality is not as high a standard as the other windows. There are loss small fragments of the black rubber inner seal and it looks like small insects are trapped inside. Aside from this slight issue the whole experience was very good and highly recommend to others.

Everything, including a problem found following, has been dealt with efficiently and in the most friendly manner, which when making such an investment; customers really do appreciate.

We absolutely love the windows. The whole experience from the salesman to fitting in the windows has been great. For some constructive feedback, we would suggest communicating with the customer at least 24 hours before the fitting to confirm a rough time of when to expect the fitters and things that the customer may need to do. For example, we have never had windows fitted before as first time home buyers and although the fitters did all they could to cover up furniture, we could have also done it before hand. Thank you Manchester Windows, you have been fantatsic!

The job was completed in a day despite an issue at the supplier. The installers were polite and respectful of our home and worked solidly until the job was done which was around 6.00pm, unlike many contractors who disappear much earlier than this.

Survey was booked on time to take measurements and installation was completed in 1.5 day for 10 windows. Work is done at very professional level and the quality of widows are amazing.
