Chris at Kembery Glazing was very professional and all our enquiries were dealt with promptly and fully. The fitters were punctual, very polite and left no mess whatsoever up when the job was finished. Would definitely recommend.

We had a few issues with supplied products which were outside the control of the installer. The installer was proactive in resolving these issues to a successful conclusion. I have given them 9 across the board as no company is perfect, but their score is deserved. I would employ this installer again.

He was the only contractor who actually came to our house to look at and advise on our proposed new back door, which is why he got the job. He did a good job apart from the lower rubber seal not being fitted properly. When I texted him about how cold it was in the room, he immediately sent 2 men to check and repair – they told me they could see daylight through the gap underneath the door! It is still disappointingly cold in the room, despite the A rating and I’m wondering if it was all a waste of money.
