We are very pleased with our new bay window, which includes an attractive pair of french doors. Paul was very professional from start to finish, his staff at the office very responsive to queries. The price was competitive and the quality of the product seems very good. The men who installed the window were polite, hardworking and very competent, finishing the job to a high standard, taking away the old window and tidying up beautifully. Our dining room is much warmer now and the bay window very attractive.

The windows look great & the work was carried out nicely. My only issue was the plastering was carried out by one of the fitters & the finish was pretty poor. Fortunately, I’m tiling the en suite, so not the end of the world.

It would have added a bit for a final walk round by the contractors to effectively hand over and check everything was okay. We did spot a few final bits that needed sorting and felt that they may not have been picked up. Otherwise, the experience was really good and we would recomend witout hesitation.

Excellent in all regards.

It took nearly a month between paying the deposit and getting a date for installation. We would have expected to get a date quicker, but the ordering process is slow and they don’t arrange an installation date until the door arrives or delivery is confirmed. The fitters did a really good job, the door is excellent, and they were courteous. However, they did leave some mess (dirt on the floor etc).

Easy to order what I wanted, never pushed to sell more. Excellent work, very clean and friendly fitters. One very happy customer and will definitely use P Nunn again in the future.

Window great workman that installed used no dust sheets etc and wore boots inside trailing wet muddy footprints and chunks of mud all over hall and bedroom floor, didn’t brush mess and rubbish up outside nor hoover and clean inside literally finished and went. Office gave good customer care offered to loan vax and clean carpets and sent him back but we had already hoovered as home working needed to use the room
