The only complaint I have is that they didn’t keep you updated when working was likely to start , or that they had received the deposit or even the final balance. As I am sure they would have chased me had I not paid them promptly, a thank you for your custom and prompt payment would have been nice!

From survey start to final fitting finish, the Highview team is all-round excellent: trustworthy, straight-talking, competitive, professional, with maximum attention to detail. Our 70's home is now much warmer and looks brand new, we renamed them The Transformers and would 100% recommend Highview!

Overall happy, and I genuinely appreciate Jamies efforts to provide an affordable product and the aftercare. However, I would suggest communications are improved. No acknowledgement of the deposit was received, it was around 6 months from quotation to fitting and it was left to me to ask for updates (I completely understood the delay, but would have been nice to be told!). Also when the windows were fitted the old catches were left in place, partly buried behind the new frames .. a simple query by the fitter (ie we can fit over or remove and leave a hole for you to fill) would have overcome this. Their response to resolving this was very prompt (visit next day) and other than having to try and remove filler from the frames, I was happy with this.

Excellent customer service, very reasonable price and precise installation.

The Medway Council Conservation Head was obstructive and difficult to deal with from my perspective and built many months of delay into the process, not to mention the Medway Planning Department who like to leave permissions to the last day rather than taking a timely approach. Highview were extremely professional and patient and managed to move the process on despite these setbacks. Ten out of ten.

They provided double glazed sash windows to replace the single glazed ones. Timber to the front as the Medway Conservation Head considers windows dating from 1985 as 'historic', and PVC to the rear.

I recommend Highview as efficient, nice to deal with and very well priced.

They were very efficient and professional.

I was extremely pleased with the work carried out by Highview Construction. There was an issue with leaking under my old existing French doors both into my Apartment and also into the one below. Highview Glazing and Construction came prepared on the day of the installation with materials to fix what was at the time a problem without knowing the cause. Highview met my Surveyor and then removed the French doors and discovered that the lead that should have been under the doors was completely missing, they then agreed with the Surveyor what should be done and carried out the work. Fantastic service by a very customer focused professional company.

All work was done very professionally, and the team was very tidy and cleaned up after themselves.
I would definitely recommend Highview Glazing and will be using them again for all my future projects.
