Ben provided a fantastic service from start to finish. He came out to do an initial quote, then came back to properly measure up. Each time he came out when he said he would and turned up on time. The windows were ordered promptly and he contacted me to arrange an installation date. Over the 2 day installation of my lounge and study windows, both Ben and his colleague were friendly, arrived on time, and tidied up after themselves both inside and outside of the house. Ben took the time to explain the window features and answer any queries I had. He also explained that I was to look out for my compliance certification. Invoicing was prompt and correct and Ben thanked me for my prompt payment. I absolutely recommend BP Building and Joinery and will be using their services again in the near future.
