We have used Exmouth Windows for a previous job and had a positive experience.On this occasion, it took several months from placing the order to completion.However, we are pleased with the end result and liaison between the contractor and us during the process was good.

The communication tends to be customer-driven rather than pro-active from the contractor. For example, if the contractor could respond to customer emails quickly to let the customer know they have received an email from the customer and that they will respond appropriately within ‘x’ number of days/weeks etc. That would have been very helpful.

Apparently delay problems were caused by a combination of Brexit and Covid

They had a difficult time having COVID and Brexit to deal with which delayed the installation due to shortness of various materials. Our only criticism is they didn’t keep us informed of this and we always initiated any e-mails to find out what and when things were going to happen
