The 3 guys that installed my window, were brilliant. We were pushed for time and they very happily fitted it in record time.
They were friendly and professional, explaining how the window locks and they left the site clean and tidy.

From start to finish is a good experience. From start when you arrange for a quote to be done, to the person quoting, and then onto the fitters. These boys are professional and get on with the work in hand, and before you know it they’re finished; leaving the working areas clean and tidy, and a good job done. The whole experience was good – from quotation to fitting. I was kept in touch, and the fitters were polite and got on with the job in hand.

The Team were fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond the call of duty. On removing the old window frame in the back bedroom the brickwork above collapsed when the frame was removed. They repaired the damage at no extra cost to myself and removed the rubble.

The workmen sent for the job showed no interest in the quality of work expected,prepared to take short cuts and wanted to leave electric cables hanging. a call to head office had to be made by myself. they then buried the cable as it should have been done.the through at the back of roof cannot clear all rainfall water and still the same to date.

They did an excellent job working to a very high professional standard.
