The Infinity team has Great respect for customer experience and worked closely with our builder to ensure a quality installation was delivered.
In our case they were somewhat let down by their supplier who delayed delivery several times due to backlog of orders and then provided frames that were damaged due to poor transport handling/protection.
The Infinity team took this in their stride and ensured speedy recovery and no quibble with replacement.
Overall we are very pleased with the service provided albeit it the delay caused some stress to both us and our builder having to reschedule work,
