I was very happy with the whole process from initial enquiry to completion of work  (new patio door: servicing and repairing existing windows and aftercare). The team that fitted were professional and Richard was very knowledgable. I will be using them again as I intend to gradually replace the windows over the next few years.

Company found a damp issue but didn’t feedback to customer

I would recommend Goring Glazing. They were excellent value for money. The windows they recommended were of high quality, and with a slightly rounded, moulded frame, much gentler on the eye than other PVC frames I have had. They also were the only contractor to recommend trickle vents in the frames, important as I live in a flat. The work was completed with a minimum of fuss, on time and on budget. Another contractor a year later, put a hole through the glass of the balcony door, and Goring Glazing replaced it instantly for me. The only reason there is a 9 for customer service, is they forgot to send me the Certass Certificate.
